Playing music is a fantastic way to relax. These instruments involve movement and melody in such a beautiful way too. I live in a community called Maleny on the east coast of Australia. Here they make instruments like this, called Marimbas. They wear a belt that holds it up bewteen 2 people and play it while they are walking around playing it! Pretty cool.
